Ten Hot Tips To Head Start in Home-Based Business
- Find out who are the successful leaders in your organization and always look for opportunities to ask them questions and learn from them.
- Always have a camera ready at important functions so that you can take a picture with the corporate leaders or top network marketers, this is to build up your credibility and commitment to the business by showing your downlines (successlines) and prospects that you are active and have met the leaders in the industry.
- Always sit in the front rows, if possible the first row because you want to get the full impact and the positive energy from the speakers.
- Attend as many events as possible to network, contribute and learn. “80% of success is showing up!” – Woody Allen.
- Keep an important journal on “What Did I Learn Today?” There are lessons for you to learn everyday, you just got to be aware of them by reading, listening and observing.
- Keep a dream book where you write your goals with specific dates for achieving them and paste pictures to support them and look at it every day!
- Have positive affirmations such as: Every day in every way I am getting better and better! In everything I do I always anticipate success. If it is to be, it is up to me! I am alive, I am well and I feel great!
- Know what you really want in life! You must be crystal clear on what you want to achieve in life because your mind is a goal-seeking device and will only work effectively if the target is very clear.
- Find a mentor or coach. To be successful, learn from those who are successful. You have the opportunity to be part of my winning team and you will be guided step by step on how to do the business the right way!
- Work with universal laws. What you sow, you shall reap. You must always respect the mother of all laws – the Law of Cause and Effect!
There are a few basic laws you must work with in network marketing, such as The Law of Multiplication, The Law of Reciprocity and The Law of Averages!
For those of you who are not familiar with The Law of Reciprocity, here’s the story behind it, when Confucius was asked if there is one rule to live by what would that rule be, and he answered: Reciprocity – do not do unto others what you do not want others to do unto you.
