Ingredients
- 8 Slices whole-grain bread
- 2 tablespoons bottled horseradish cream
- 250g lean roast beef; thinly sliced
- 100g beetroot; peeled and grated
- 50g snowpea sprouts;
- pinch of cracked black pepper; to taste
Methods
- Spread 4 slices of bread with horseradish cream
- Top with the shaved beef, grated beetroot and snowpea sprouts
- Sprinkle with cracked black pepper
- Cover with remaining bread slices, cut and serve
